I like them as they are in this post, though. I'll have to try to figure out some way to use blocks like these in a quilt.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12136584654825212359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3572317733773180899.post-58143989901351271482016-10-24T00:50:48.672-04:002016-10-24T00:50:48.672-04:00I'm sure yours will look great, Susan. And now that one of my daughters is here for a week, I'll be behind in my quilt-along sewing, too. I hope to catch up later this week.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12136584654825212359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3572317733773180899.post-37079501132201529442016-10-24T00:47:45.277-04:002016-10-24T00:47:45.277-04:00Thanks, Beth. I suppose there's a name for that triangle block, as well as the subsequent one with a large triangle sewn to the other side but I don't know what it is. Lori of Humble Quilts showed us the arrangement for all the blocks last Friday. I don't have mine sewn together yet but hope to get to them this week.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12136584654825212359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3572317733773180899.post-61729428474243298012016-10-24T00:36:24.224-04:002016-10-24T00:36:24.224-04:00Love your triangles! When I don't know the end result I always know that I may not like the finished quilt. But, like you, there's always the opportunity to change it up and make it my own. I don't think you've posted anything on your blog yet about this quitl-along. Maybe you're waiting to see what happens next?Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12136584654825212359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3572317733773180899.post-6721147385562623432016-10-19T00:55:27.549-04:002016-10-19T00:55:27.549-04:00LOL. I think it would be really hard to do Parts 2 and 3 at the same time. Part 3 has several parts itself.

Part of the confusion for me has been having two separate groups of little half-triangle squares in Part 2 and trying to figure them out and keep them separate in Part 3. I'm now wondering if we'll have more blocks to make with Part 4 or not.

I hope you've sorted it all out and are making progress, Janet.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12136584654825212359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3572317733773180899.post-58588858610884912232016-10-19T00:47:42.667-04:002016-10-19T00:47:42.667-04:00Thanks, Nancy. I don't often use pink but this seems to pull at me. I switched fabrics in Step 2 and now with Step 3 pending I'm waiting to see the reveal before I sew anything more together. If what I have won't work, then I'll have to veer off in my own direction. We'll see.
