Those Quilting ACRONYMS

I'm new to quilt blogging and I keep seeing acronyms that mean nothing to me. I've gone on a search and I'm sharing what I've found (and using this post to keep track in case I forget).  This is not an exhaustive list, just a list of the acronyms I keep seeing.  I'll probably continue adding to the list....

  1. Now that I read your post, I realized how many there are. Funny how we pick things up that (to us) just turn into general knowledge. I bet if I asked Mama Thimble or any other Thimble family member "to go the the LQS to pick up a FQ that I can finish my UFO", they'll send for the nice people in white coats!

  2. How funny. I need to add WWIT (what was I thinking?) when I look at my current WIP, Nancy!

  3. LOL! (I had to ask what that was years ago!). In my first Reference class in library school years ago, we learned library acronyms. Guess it's human nature to create language shortcuts. What a great list!
